About The Studio Lighting Seminar

In response to your requests, we are offering a one day lighting seminar.
It will be facilitated by Mega Muscle Photographer Chris Watson. In addition
to his work with Mega Muscle, Chris is a top fashion and celebrity photographer.
He is also one of the top lighitng technicians in the country and has lit
sets for some of the world's most recognized photographers.
The seminar will focus on setting up four basic lighting patterns. These
four lighting patterns are the foundation for all lighting you will want
to use. It will help you to recognize different photographers' styles base
on variations of these patterns.
The four lighting pattens are: The Paramount Pattern(old glamour lighting)
the Loop Pattern, the Rembrandt Pattern and the Split Pattern. Demonstrations
will be given with both strobes and hot lights. All participants will get
to work hands on with each pattern. Other technical skills addressed are
metering and composing the shot. Once all participants have mastered each
pattern, Chris will then be showing you how to set up variations on each
pattern to make it your own.
This seminar is recommended for photographers who shoot digital so that
you can see instant results as you work.
This is an educational seminar. Photographer may keep his images for reference,
however no commercial or promotional release will be available for the
images.
