Under our customer satisfaction policy, refunds will be issued to any unsatisfied
customers provided product is returned unopened within the first 15 days
of receipt. All other refund requests will be handled by our customer service

case of an unauthorized charge with sufficient proof, all charges will
be refunded and the fraudulent transaction reported to the authorities
