- Refunds will be issued for any DVDs that are returned unopened within 10 days of receipt. .
- You cannot return Fine Art purchases. For more information on purchasing fine art through Mega Muscle, please contact customerservice@mega-muscle.net
- Returns and exchanges on items purchased through Amazon.com or Blurb.com are at the discretion of those companies. Please review their policies before making a purchase.
- Exchanges on defective merchandise will be processed immediately. To make an exchange, contact customerservice@mega-muscle.net
- In
case of an unauthorized charge with sufficient proof, all charges will
be refunded and the fraudulent transaction reported to the authorities
for investigation.
- We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost.
- If package is damaged en route please contact us immediately at customerservice@mega-muscle.net before returning it.

- Orders placed through our site on Amazon.com ship directly from Amazon or their affiliates. Orders placed through Blurb.com ship directly from Blurb.
